Having a great healthy feet helps improve our daily life and our work performance. Keeping a healthy feet is an effective prevention against many foot problems. Poor foot health causes a lot of inconveniences and as a result, it can impede performance at work and less engagement on the things important to you. Preventing foot problems by getting foot care that you need, will greatly improve your quality of life.
Ear Wax Removal
There are three procedures on how to remove your ear wax, they are through Irrigation which flushes warm water into the ear canal or through Microsuction or the newly introduced device which is Endoscopic Microsuction, where a suction device is used and through Manual removal. The most preferred procedure is Microsuction, where the ear canal is not exposed to moisture. Some still prefer Irrigation for it is effective in cleaning and removing the cerumen completely when done properly.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
PRIOR TO YOUR EAR WAX REMOVAL APPOINTMENT
It is advisable to use ear drops twice daily for atleast a week prior to your appointment date for optimal results. Failure to do so, it may result to further appointments and additional cost.
POST EAR IRRIGATION ADVICE:
Please keep the irrigated ear dry for 2-3 days to prevent infection. Apply ear drops once a week for maintenance.

How often should you have a massage?
For relaxation - as often as you like and can afford. Prevention is better than cure. For maximum benefits, booking a regular slot is recommended.
For pain relief - leave atleast 3 days between massages to allow muscles to recover. Weekly/Fortnightly sessions are best, until pain subside.
