Research shows that visiting a professional foot care specialist, leads to improvement in circulation and walking ability and it is part of self care. There are so many foot health problems like thickened toe nail that requires cutting or filing, ingrown, callus, corn and verrucae which requires regular treatment.
Our ears usually are capable of maintaining itself. Unavoidable build up of ear wax can happen which causes some discomfort to most of us. Normally, we can clean our ears from outside, some people still use cotton buds trying to clean their ears which just pushed the ear wax deeper. If you are unsure, I can check your ears and give you an appropriate advice and treatment to help remove your earwax to restore comfort.
Surgeons often recommend their patients to supplement their recovery with manual lymphatic drainage as early as possible, ideally within the first few weeks post-surgery. The Manual Lymphatic drainage massage helps prevent and alleviate the build-up of fluid and help them heal faster.
I have clients who experience great benefits of having MLD after their liposuction, tummy tuck, 360 surgery, as well as those with cancer who has swelling issues due to fluid retention in some areas of their body or from healed fracture or just their condition in general to help prevent so many health issues.
My clients are happy to come back until they finish series of consecutive sessions and after gaining a satisfying result. Most clients wanted it as a part of their general health maintenance.
Remedial/Swedish massage are very effective in treating tight and strained muscles and use as an all-purpose therapy to heal our mind and body. It encourage blood circulation, increase our range of motion, reduce stress and managing body aches and pain by a relaxing massage.
